Why this template exists.
The person who usually signs off a handoff is unavailable just before delivery. Which version is current, and who can decide what happens next? Incident Room is a Notion-based rehearsal in development for a creative team to discuss a fictional disruption and leave with a few follow-up checks. A development build exists, but no usable template has been released.
